AI Processing and Zero Data Retention
Pulse Software, Corp. maintains Zero Data Retention (ZDR) agreements with our AI service providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic. Under these agreements:
• All data processed through AI services is immediately deleted after processing
• No customer data is written to permanent storage during API interactions
• Data exists only transiently in system memory during processing
• No data is used for AI model training or stored beyond the processing duration
For healthcare-related data processing, we maintain Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with our AI providers that specifically cover API products with zero retention capabilities.

Security of Data
The security of your data is important to us. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures including encryption, access controls, regular security assessments, and employee training. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
