One of the most common requests we hear: "How do I share extraction results with someone who doesn't have a Pulse account?"
Until now, the answer involved exporting data, attaching files, or getting your counterpart set up with API credentials. None of these options are particularly smooth when you just need someone to review output quickly.
Shared links solve this.
How It Works
From any extraction result in the Pulse platform, you can now generate a shareable link. Recipients can view the structured output directly in their browserwithout needing an account or API access.
Each link comes with controls designed to fit your internal data handling requirements:
Configurable expiration. Set links to expire in hours, days, weeks, or leave them active indefinitely. You decide how long access should last.
Visibility settings. Restrict access to members of your organization, or open links more broadly when appropriate for your use case.
Existing security controls. Shared links inherit Pulse's access controls and audit logging, so sharing doesn't mean compromising on compliance.
Where This Helps
The use cases are straightforward:
- Send extraction results to clients without onboarding them to your tools
- Share outputs with stakeholders who need to review but not edit
- Collaborate with external teams on document workflows without credential management
- Quick QA passes with people outside your immediate team
It's a small addition, but it removes friction in a lot of workflows.
Available now in the Pulse platform.
